Certified through Bauman College as a nutritionist, Mercedes has spent a lifetime in the study of health. With a degree in psychology and a yoga teaching certification through the Colorado School of Yoga, Mercedes has melded the concepts of mind and body to include nutrition, yoga and the power of thought.

The Mythic Kitchen allows Mercedes to blend the concepts of several traditions that balance body, mind and spirit.

Janelle is a Nutrition Consultant, instructor and Diet Counselor.

health or have a diagnosed illness.

As a community oriented

nutritionist, her emphasis is on educating people about healthy dietary choices with a whole foods approach. Janelle provides individual or group counseling sessions and lectures on how nutrition is exceptionally beneficial to restoring the body to a level of optimal vitality. A background in holistic nutrition, herbology and natural health serves as a foundation for supporting health and wellness.

Linda Kaye has maintained a

professional Astrological business

in the Sacramento area for 11-years. 

She currently conducts private consultations and workshops with the intent to instill personal wisdom, knowledge and awareness into our present and future life events. 

Linda considers herself an Evolutionary Astrologer, and her consultations involve both eastern and western Astrological modalities.  By incorporating both the modern and ancient Astrological techniques in her work, she is able to provide her clients with clarity and purpose regarding their individual life journey.
